We collect and store authentication tokens (OAuth tokens), your profile username, avatar, and the content/media you choose to schedule and publish through our platform. We do not receive or store your actual social media passwords.

3. Direct Communication: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• YouTube & Google: Our app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Whatdigi Social’s access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram): We use the Meta Graph API. You can manage or revoke our access through your Facebook/Instagram account settings.
• Other Platforms: Similar terms apply to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and others connected via our platform.

Data Retention & Deletion (Your Rights)

We retain your personal information and social media tokens only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

How to Delete Your Data: You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. You can disconnect any social media account directly from the Whatdigi Social dashboard, which immediately deletes the authentication tokens from our servers. To completely delete your Whatdigi Social account and all associated data, please contact our support team, and we will process your request within 7 business days.

Log Files & Cookies

Whatdigi Social follows a standard procedure of using log files to analyze trends and administer the site. The information collected includes IP addresses, browser type, ISP, date/time stamp, and referring/exit pages. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. Like any other website, Whatdigi Social uses ‘cookies’ to store information including visitors’ preferences and the pages visited to optimize the user experience.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
