2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access Whatdigi Social. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • Lawful Use: You are responsible for all content, text, links, and media that you schedule and publish through our Service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Whatdigi Social to:

  • Publish or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
  • Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or unsolicited promotional content.
  • Circumvent any rate limits, security features, or API restrictions set by Whatdigi Social or our integrated third-party platforms.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Third-Party Services & API Integrations

Whatdigi Social connects to various third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. By using our Service to manage your social profiles, you also agree to be bound by the Terms of Service of those respective platforms:

  • YouTube: By connecting a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram): By connecting Meta platforms, you agree to the Meta Terms of Service.
  • Other Platforms: You agree to the respective Terms of Service of any other platform (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest) you connect to your Whatdigi Social dashboard.

    Whatdigi Social is not responsible for the availability, features, or policies of these third-party platforms. They may change their API rules, which could affect how our Service functions.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership of the content you create, upload, and publish through Whatdigi Social. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., posting it to your social media accounts).
  • Our Platform: Whatdigi Social retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, interface, and branding.

6. Termination & Cancellation

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or deleting your account from the dashboard. Upon termination, we will delete your account data and revoke all third-party API tokens in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whatdigi Social and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or social media reach, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, or any API restrictions placed on your connected accounts by third-party platforms.
